Garlic Parmesan Orzo
Description
This creamy orzo recipe is perfect on its own or as a side dish
Ingredients
- 600 ml Chicken broth
- 280 g Orzo pasta
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 80 ml Cream
- 30 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley

Combine the given ingredients in a medium skillet.
- 600 ml Chicken broth
- 280 g Orzo pasta
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium-low and simmer, stirring often (you can cover or leave uncovered).

Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed and the pasta is cooked to your preference. (If you want to cook the pasta further but the liquid is gone, just add a splash more broth).

Stir in cream, Parmesan and parsley. Serve.
