- 200 ml milk

- 1 tsp salt
- oil (for frying)

Heat the milk but not enough to boil.
- 200 ml milk

Beat the egss in a bowl and add a little bit of the milk and a little bit of the yeast.

Make a well in the flour and add the beaten eggs, the remaining milk and yeast. Mix well with a spoon or fork until you get a thick sticky batter and add the salt.

Make small balls from the batter and stretch them out to a size of your palm. Fry them in the preheated oil.
