Ingredients
- 200 g Sourdough starter
- 100 g Flour
- 20 g Sesame
- 4 g Salt
- 60 g Butter (Room temperature)
- 1 tbsp Herbs of choice
- Olive oil (for drizzling on top)

190 °CPreheat the oven.

Mix the ingredients until homogenous.
- 200 g Sourdough starter
- 100 g Flour

15 minutesLet the mixture rest.

Roll out thinly on a piece of baking paper and cut into desired shapes.

Drizzle and brush with olive oil and sessame if using.
