Ingredients

  • 200 g Sourdough starter
  • 100 g Flour
  • 20 g Sesame
  • 4 g Salt
  • 60 g Butter (Room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp Herbs of choice
  • Olive oil (for drizzling on top)

Steps

  1. 1/6

    190 °C

    Preheat the oven.

    Mix the ingredients until homogenous.

    • 200 g Sourdough starter
    • 100 g Flour
    • 4 g Salt
    • 60 g Butter (Room temperature)
    • 1 tbsp Herbs of choice

    15 minutes

    Let the mixture rest.

  4. 4/6

    Roll out thinly on a piece of baking paper and cut into desired shapes.

    Drizzle and brush with olive oil and sessame if using.

    15 minutes
    190 °C

    Bake for 15-20 mins until golden.
