Ingredients
- 115 g butter, melted
- 150 g sugar, white
- 50 g sugar, brown soft
- 2 eggs
- 60 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 bananas, ripe, medium
- 240 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt

175 °CPreheat oven and line the loaf pan you are using with baking paper.

Melt the butter and in a large bowl mix with the sugars until well combined.

Add the eggs and mix until smooth.

Add the vanilla and milk and whisk until smooth.
- 60 ml milk

Mash in the bananas and mix well.

Add th flour, baking soda and salt and mix until they are incorporated and no dry bits remain.

Pour the batter in the pan and sprinkle with 2 tbsp of white sugar for a crunchy top.

55 minutes175 °CBake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a clean skewer comes out.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it.
