Baby spinach and pear salad

Quick and easy salad with baby spinach, pear, blue cheese and vinaigrette dressing.

Main ingredients
- 100 g Baby spinach
- 250 g Pear (~3 small pears)
- 100 g Blue cheese
- 20 g Cranberries/raisins (Optional)
- 20 g Peanuts (Honey glazed or caramelized. Optional.)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Salt to taste

5 minutesDice the pears into cubes and add to salad bowl.
- 250 g Pear (~3 small pears)

3 minutesDice the cheese in cubes and add to salad bowl.
- 100 g Blue cheese

2 minutesAdd the spinach to the salad bowl and salt to taste.
- 100 g Baby spinach
- Salt to taste

5 minutesVinaigrette dressingCombine the oil, vinegar, mustard and honey into a container and whisk until it's homogeneous.
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Whisk/Fork

2 minutesVinaigrette dressingAdd the vinaigrette to the salad and mix well.

3 minutesServe salad and sprinkle some peanuts and/or dried fruit/berries.
